The Superb Dining Etiquette Program will help individuals to:

• Successfully display proper etiquette of all types of dining
• Become visually poised and socially confident
• And to win the confidence and trust of clients customers/associates

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

• Restaurant dining (planning, paying etc.)
• Knowing what to use and when (informal and formal place settings)
• Which glass and silverware to use
• Eating special foods
• How to handle inedible
• Serving oneself
• Dealing with accidents
• The silent service code
• Dining do's and don'ts

A formal dining and/or business dining video are available
for viewing. Also suggest a hands-on dining experience using
appropriate manners. Participants will receive information of Superb Dining Skills for future reference.

It is believed that if individuals know manners they will
know business as well.
